Track-guided wall sawing for precise Westbury alterations

Reinforced concrete cut. Controlled depths maintained. Sections divided for handling.

Bring accuracy to major wall openings

Guided cutting lines

Track-mounted equipment keeps substantial vertical cuts straight and controlled.

Depth kept consistent

A fixed system supports accurate blade travel through the wall section.

Sections planned to move

We divide material around the available support and handling equipment.

Straight cuts through substantial walls

Large wall openings need more control than a hand-held saw can always provide. We use wall sawing for accurate straight cuts through reinforced concrete and masonry during structural alterations and opening formation. Track-mounted equipment guides the blade along the agreed line and helps maintain a consistent depth on vertical surfaces. Before cutting, we review the opening layout, wall construction and likely reinforcement. We then plan a sequence that divides the material into sections which can be supported, separated and handled without leaving one oversized piece to deal with.

Every separated section has somewhere to go

Wall thickness, cutting direction and equipment access affect how we fix and operate the track. Conditions on both sides also matter because the blade, water controls and released pieces need suitable exclusion space. We agree how each section will be supported before it becomes free and how it will be moved afterwards. An accurate opening drawing, structural details where relevant and a practical lifting route allow us to build the cutting plan around the whole task rather than the saw line alone.

Frequently asked questions

When is wall sawing better than hand sawing?

Wall sawing suits substantial straight cuts where track guidance and controlled depth are useful. We choose the method after checking wall thickness, opening size, reinforcement and access rather than using larger equipment by default.

Do you need access to both sides of the wall?

Access to both sides is important for checking the opening position, establishing exclusion space and planning released sections. Where one side is restricted, send us full details so we can assess whether a safe setup is feasible.

How are large concrete pieces removed safely?

We plan the cut sequence with the support and lifting method in mind. Each section must be controlled before the final cut frees it. Its size and weight are matched to the equipment and removal route available on site.
